利用規約

ORANGE TELOP LIBRARYで配布しているテロップ素材の利用条件です。できるだけ気軽に使える形にしています。

ざっくり言うと

無料、商用利用OK、クレジット任意、報告不要、加工OKです。素材データそのものの再配布、販売、自作発言だけは禁止です。

許可していること

  • YouTube、TikTok、Instagram、X、配信画面、動画編集、告知画像、サムネイルでの使用
  • 収益化済み動画、企業・店舗・団体・個人事業での商用利用
  • サイズ変更、色調整、トリミング、エフェクト追加などの加工
  • 制作物の一部として画像や動画に組み込んだ状態で公開すること
  • クレジット表記なしでの使用
  • 使用報告なしでの使用
  • 複数の素材を組み合わせて使うこと

禁止していること

  • 素材ファイルそのもの、または加工した素材ファイルを素材として再配布・販売すること
  • 素材集、テンプレート集、アプリ、サービスなどに素材データとして組み込んで配布すること
  • この素材を自分が作った素材として公開、販売、登録すること
  • 素材をロゴや商標として登録・使用すること
  • 違法行為、他人の権利侵害、迷惑行為、侮辱、嫌がらせを目的としたコンテンツでの使用
  • 素材を機械学習用データセットとして収集、配布、販売すること

著作権について

本素材は無料で利用できますが、著作権を放棄しているものではありません。ORANGE TELOP LIBRARYで配布している素材の著作権は、当サイトに帰属します。素材の自作発言、権利登録、素材データとしての再配布・販売は禁止します。

アプリ・サービスで使いたい場合

動画や画像の完成物に組み込む利用はOKです。素材を他の人が素材としてダウンロードできるアプリやWebサービスに入れたい場合は、事前に相談してください。

クレジット表記

クレジット表記は任意です。書かなくても使えます。動画概要欄、配信ページ、制作物の説明欄などに記載できる場合は、以下の表記を使ってください。

免責事項

本素材を利用したことによって生じた、いかなるトラブルや損害についても、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。動画の削除、第三者との権利侵害の争い、データの破損、収益や業務上の損失なども含みます。各プラットフォームや案件のルールに合わせて、利用者自身の判断で使用してください。

規約の変更

この規約は予告なく変更する場合があります。変更後は、このページに掲載された内容が有効になります。

Allowed Uses

  • Use in YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, live streams, video edits, promotional images, and thumbnails.
  • Use in monetized videos and commercial projects by individuals, companies, shops, and organizations.
  • Edit the assets, including resizing, color adjustment, cropping, and adding effects.
  • Publish finished videos or images that include the assets as part of the work.
  • Use without credit.
  • Use without reporting your usage.
  • Combine multiple assets together.

Prohibited Uses

  • Redistributing or selling the original or edited asset files as standalone assets.
  • Including the asset files in asset packs, template packs, apps, or services where other users can download them as assets.
  • Claiming the assets as your own work, selling them as your own, or registering rights over them.
  • Registering or using the assets as a logo or trademark.
  • Using the assets for illegal activity, rights infringement, nuisance behavior, insults, harassment, or similar harmful purposes.
  • Collecting, distributing, or selling the assets as a machine learning dataset.

Copyright

The assets are free to use, but the copyright is not waived. Copyright for the assets distributed by ORANGE TELOP LIBRARY belongs to this site. Claiming authorship, registering rights, redistributing the asset files, or selling the asset files is prohibited.

Apps and Services

You may use the assets as part of finished videos or images. If you want to include the assets in an app or web service where other users can download them as assets, please contact us in advance.

Credit is optional. You can use the assets without credit. If you can include credit in a video description, stream page, or project description, please use the following:

Disclaimer

This site is not responsible for any trouble or damage caused by using the assets. This includes video removal, rights disputes with third parties, data corruption, loss of revenue, or business losses. Use the assets at your own discretion and follow the rules of each platform or project.
